Text Box: Group Runs Text Box: Wednesday Nights Since 1982, Tampa Bay Runners has been meeting every Wednesday night at the Carrollwood Village Center; which is located at the corner of Dale Mabry Hwy and Fletcher Ave. The group meets near the Village Center marquis which is located on the left (west) side of Dale Mabry between 7:00 - 7:15 p.m. This allows everyone time to stretch and for us to find running partners for those who are joining us for the first time; and for our new members who are still not familiar with the course. The run begins at 7:30 p.m.The course goes through a very scenic section of Carrollwood Village. There is one water stop on the course. We have 3, 5 and 6 mile courses and the pace varies from 7:00 to 11:00 minutes per mile. Please free to join us at local restaurants near here after our run. This provides us with an opportunity to get to know you and for you to get more information about the club. It also allows our members to catch up with each other. Make sure you bring a change of clothes.   Text Box: Sunday Mornings The Sunday Morning Group Runs take place at 7 AM sharp. Please arrive a few minutes early to socialize and determine who will be running your desired distance and speed. The location of the Sunday morning run is in Temple Terrace just behind the Temple Terrace Library off Bullard Pkwy at the Temple Terrace Elementary School. There is ample parking at the School.  Course and Distances:  There are 4, 5, 7, 8, and 10 mile routes are all marked with directional arrows and accurate mile markers. The course is shaded and absolutely beautiful with virtually no traffic. Water stops are available along the courses.  How to get there: Directions to the Sunday Morning Runs are as follows: Starting from 56th Street and Bullard Pkwy. (Busch Blvd turns into Bullard Pkwy at the 56th Street intersection) 1) proceed East on Bullard Pkwy to first road on left, Ridgedale Rd and turn LEFT. 2) go to first road on left, Flotto Avenue and turn LEFT. 3) the school and parking lot will be on your right. Remember to arrive early as the runs start at 7 AM sharp!
